William Martin, a Wilmington native, has joined Ward and Smith Business Consulting as a Business Development Specialist.

William is passionate about working with business owners, locally and statewide.

After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2020, William began his career as a Sales Support Specialist at First Citizens Wealth Management in Raleigh. His journey continued as he transitioned to a Client Relationship Manager role at a boutique firm, where he gained valuable insights into business operations and the entrepreneurial spirit vital for success.
